Developed products across Sales Experience. Personally designed or led the design of key features for the prioritisation strategy management platform and a registry of the bank’s customer touchpoints. Currently working on an advertising platform for external users.

I develop services for sales operators and a platform for building customer interaction strategies. Established an interface design process without dedicated designers: created an information formatting guide, implemented a review process, and delegated responsibility to the team. Currently focusing on the strategies service.

Designed key services for real estate agents and agencies. Built a personal discount mechanism for users who added a listing to favorites—this increased leads and contacts. Created a statistics service from scratch, resulting in a 6% increase in promotion sales. Launched an ad recovery service that increased the share of restored content.

Led the end-to-end product design cycle—from idea and research to design reviews of releases. Built CJMs for all user categories, formulated key jobs-to-be-done and used them to define the core functionality. Split delivery into releases prioritized by business value. Presented each release to investors and key stakeholders.

Contracted with studios and agencies, designed mobile applications for Russian and international markets like USA and Canada. Participated in the development of government digital services. Also experienced in graphic and motion design.
